This Policy applies to personal data received through the ROZHKOVA website, the inquiry form, the wedding questionnaire, form-protection tools and web analytics.

The inquiry form may process the user's name, event date or approximate month, city or venue, preferred contact method, telephone number, email address, messenger username or another contact provided by the user, and the message text.

The wedding questionnaire may process the couple's names, contact details, ages, social-media links, information about the couple and their story, preferences concerning the event format, aesthetics, venue, date, guest count, budget and wedding arrangements.

When the website is used, the operator may automatically process the IP address, browser and device information, page address, referral source, UTM parameters, date and time of the request, and information required to protect the forms against automated and repeated submissions.

The operator does not intend to process special categories of personal data or biometric data through the website and asks users not to provide such information in free-text fields.

Personal data is processed to receive and review inquiries, contact the user, provide an initial consultation, prepare an offer, agree on further steps and potentially enter into and perform a service agreement.

Wedding-questionnaire data is used to prepare and organise the event in accordance with the couple's preferences.

Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities when required by Russian law.

The website uses technical browser-storage tools to remember the user's analytics choice and maintain correct website operation.

Yandex Metrika is not loaded until the user consents to analytics. Refusing analytics does not restrict access to the main website functions, and the choice can later be changed through the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
