2. Data processed
The inquiry form may process name, event date or month, location, preferred contact method, contact details, message, locale, UTM parameters, referrer, pageUrl, userAgent and IP address with proxy headers.
The form also records the fact and time of personal data consent.
3. Purpose
Data is used to respond to inquiries, prepare the first consultation, protect the form from spam and understand page effectiveness without exposing secrets or technical traces to visitors.
If Yandex Metrika is enabled through env, the site may send anonymized visit and goal data to the configured counter.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in the project database and processed only as needed for inquiry communication. Secrets, tokens, SMTP credentials and analytics IDs stay in environment variables.
Retention and deletion rules should be confirmed by the site owner before advertising launch.
