2. Personal data
For an inquiry, this consent covers the user's name, event date and venue information, preferred contact method, telephone number, email address, messenger username or another contact provided by the user, and the message text.
For a wedding questionnaire, this consent covers the information about the couple and event entered in the questionnaire, including names, contact details, ages, social-media links, the couple's story, preferences concerning the format, aesthetics, venue and date, guest count, budget and wedding arrangements.
It may also cover technical information automatically transmitted by the browser: IP address, browser and device information, page address, referral source, UTM parameters, form-submission date and time, and information confirming acceptance of this consent.
3. Purposes
Personal data is processed to review the inquiry, contact me, provide an initial consultation, prepare an offer, agree on further steps, potentially enter into and perform an agreement, and prepare and organise the event according to the information provided.
Technical information is processed to maintain website security and operation, protect forms against spam and abuse, diagnose errors and identify the inquiry source.
This consent is not consent to receive advertising messages and does not cover Yandex Metrika. Analytics consent is provided separately through the cookie settings panel.
4. Operations
The operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve and use personal data, provide access to technical service providers to the extent required, and block, delete and destroy personal data.
Processing may be automated or non-automated.
The operator may use a hosting provider, Cloudflare Turnstile, email and messaging services to host the website, protect forms, store inquiries and deliver notifications. Yandex Metrika is used only with separate analytics consent.
5. Term and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until its purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless another lawful ground for continued processing applies.
Consent may be withdrawn by contacting metalnikova.a2017@yandex.ru or +7 989 213-19-11 and providing information sufficient to identify the relevant inquiry or questionnaire.
After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and deletes the data within the period and in accordance with the procedure required by Russian law, unless continued processing is required to perform an agreement, comply with a legal obligation or protect the operator's rights.
